HOUSE KEEPING RULES AND PAYMENT POLICY
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellation 30 calendar days or more before check in date
- 50 % Refund for cancellation <30 days and >=15 Days before check in date
- No refund for cancellation <15 Days before check in or No show
- Entire amount should be paid in advance within 48 Hours, once reservation is confirmed.
- In the case of refund, please allow up to 5 business days for amount to fully or partially reversed.
- No refund in case of natural calamity such as but not limited to Flood, Fire, Complete Power Loss due to storm etc.
Insurance and Deposit
- As this is a private property, the owner is not responsible for safety and well being of visitors. All visitors need to ensure their own safety and make necessary arrangements for health conditions.
- Please ensure a proper insurance coverage is in place for you and other occupants, should there be a damage to property or any theft/injury caused by negligence or unavoidable circumstances.
- An additional refundable deposit upto $5000 on UNIT A and upto $1000 on UNIT B will be placed over and above stay charges and will be confirmed at time of reservation.
House Keeping Rules
- While enjoying party, music, outdoor pool and lawn please be considerate of neighbors and wild life in area. No loud music outdoors anytime.
- Under any circumstances, pls. do not leave any food or organic material outside, at patio or at bar-be-cue as it attracts rodents
- If using outdoor fire-pit, please ensure to properly extinguish fire before leaving. The wind can cause unattended fire to spread out. Pls. bring your own wood/ fire logs
- Keeping our guest's safety and to avoid any allergic conditions, this is a Pet free facility and pets are not allowed inside units or on premise
Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and Steam Shower
- Outdoor pool is salt watered and Ph tested and cleaned from time to time. Please maintain hygiene and cleanliness around pool. Should you or any occupant be sick or under any health condition that can contaminate water and infect others, please do not use pool and hot tub
- Children should be supervised all the time by accompanying adults
-The hot water tub is soft filtered and chlorinated. A shower before entering tub is required. Any cream, oil, grease should be washed off before entering tub to avoid clogging the filter
- There is also a steam shower in basement bathroom. Ensure proper switch on/off procedure and shutting down system after use to avoid any damage or injury. Children should not use steam shower and is for adult use only.
Garbage Disposal and Cleaning Fees
- This is a country side facility with no garbage collection provided by city. A 3rd party comes and collects garbage and a fee applies per stay.
- Visitors have options to either take all their garbage along with them and dispose off OR pay
- If leaving garbage behind, please ensure the organics go in clear bag and everything else in blue bag. No black bags.
- Cleaning fees applies for Unit A and Unit B, per visit and per week of stay.
